RPM is seeking a Project Manager with experience in the design/build delivery method to augment its staff of veterans.
RPM's turnover rate is industry low, fielding a core of long term employees, including many whom have been with the firm for over 20 years.
RPM does not require countless hours and long weekends on the job; but rather believes in a more traditional work week that respects the employee's personal and family time.
The PM needs to be experienced with a solid background in commercial building and renovation projects.
Our work is 100% in the private market, and entails a myriad of clients including firms like Becker College, Harvey Building Products, The Kraft Group, Table Talk Pies, Goya Foods, Seven Hills Foundation, and numerous others.
RPM not only performs rehabs and TI but has the largest portfolio of new buildings of any contractor in Central Mass.
The company has constructed close to 300 new buildings.
If you are tired of TI and wish to be more involved with buildings this could be a great avenue for you.
RPM does not have a middle layer of management, or numerous individuals to report to.
Your direct report would be to the President of the company.
The President is a very hands on, highly experienced PM, who enjoys working closely with his staff; coaching and mentoring each project to a successful outcome.
