Clinician - Adolescent STARR Program (Boylston)

We are currently looking for a talented Clinician or Social Worker to join our team at the Adolescent STARR Program in Boylston, MA!


  • Provides and coordinates direct clinical care services to program clients.

  • These clinical services include providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, conducting any necessary case management, intakes, assessments, risk evaluations, and crisis interventions.

  • Act as a liaison and member of a multidisciplinary team to represent and coordinate services with internal and external agency programs, community agencies, referral sources, and schools.

  • Attend all clinical meetings including daily rounds, treatment team meetings, and clinical training.

  • Maintain electronic health records in accordance with program and state regulations.

  • Act as a member of program administration by providing training as part of clinical training series, maintaining on-call responsibilities, and unit scheduling as well as other responsibilities designated by the supervisor.

  • CANS Certification and TF-CBT webinar completion required and to be maintained throughout tenure in position.


  • MA/MS in psychology, social work, counseling or related field is required.

  • LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or PsyD strongly preferred.

  • Experience with adolescents in a residential setting.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
